Agape Vision Global is a movement of people compelled by God’s love and driven by God’s purpose to live out the Great Commandment and fulfill the Great Commission in everyday life through devotion, obedience, service, faithfulness, and fruitfulness.
Agape Vision Global exists to glorify God by catalyzing a movement that drives transformational development to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Agape At A Glance
In early 2007, God implanted in Rev. Peter T. Mang the passion for LOVE NEVER FAILS™, a God-given purpose for Agape Vision to glorify God by catalyzing transformational development through living out the Great Commandment and fulfilling the Great Commission in everyday life. Agape Vision Global was founded by Rev. Peter T. Mang on June 28, 2009.
The DNA
Following his conversion in March 1998, Peter developed a heart for the ministry and began serving as a young Sunday school teacher at a local church in a remote village in Chin State. Two years later, in 2000, he decided to pursue theological education in Yangon to prepare himself for the ministry. In 2002, during his theological studies, Peter discovered God’s purpose for his life. In 2007, he discerned his God-given purpose for Agape Vision, and in 2009, he began to pursue God’s calling on his life.
In March 2007, Peter founded the Agape company and began his professional career in recruitment from humble beginnings. The company created authentic ministry opportunities to engage the workplace as a platform for holistic transformation. It operated for over two years and closed in June 2009, since God had led him in a divine direction to fulfill a God-given purpose for Agape Vision. During that time, he was stubborn, rebellious, and resistant to God’s call, and lived a miserable life. But God is always faithful, gracious, and merciful, and His love never fails him.
With a broken heart, contrite spirit, and true repentance, having a changed heart and mind and living a transformed life, Peter rededicated his life to God on June 28, 2009, to respond to God’s call to ministry and fulfill God’s purpose for his life. And God brought forth Agape Vision into existence “for such a time as this.“

Our mission is to infuse God’s truth into people to live with faith, hope, and love and empower them to multiply healthy disciples, churches, and leaders everywhere.
Strategic Initiatives
Agape Vision Global has nine strategic initiatives: Agape Mission, Agape Discipleship, Agape Church Planting, Agape University, Agape Foundation, Agape Resources, Agape Children and Youth, Agape Entrepreneurship, and Agape Group.
Agape Mission
Agape Mission is a missional movement dedicated to glorifying God by accelerating the fulfillment of the Great Commission through dynamic missional outreach and missionary services.
Agape Discipleship
Agape Discipleship is a coalition of movement catalysts for evangelistic outreach and disciple making that launches movements of multiplying disciples and churches among unreached people groups across Myanmar.
Agape Church Planting
Agape Church Planting exists to glorify God by multiplying healthy disciples, churches, and leaders in every community in Myanmar.
Agape University
Agape University is a private institution of Christian higher education dedicated to excellence in transformative teaching and learning, fostering the holistic development of students beyond academic achievements.
Agape Foundation
Agape Foundation is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering holistic transformation and sustainable development in Myanmar.
Agape Resources
Agape Resources is a resource development and mobilization initiative to provide research, strategic allocation, translation, publishing, and distribution to make resources accessible.
Agape Children and Youth
Agape Children and Youth is a community of practice dedicated to children and youth development, working to ensure vulnerable children and youth have access to the resources, education, and support they need to flourish.
Agape Resources
Agape Entrepreneurship is a collaborative network of transformational entrepreneurs and investors dedicated to accelerating wealth creation and developing innovative solutions that drive holistic transformation through entrepreneurship in Myanmar.
Agape Group
Agape Group is a privately held conglomerate of missional enterprises dedicated to glorifying God by catalyzing transformational development through accelerated value creation, inclusive wealth creation, and holistic missional impact.
Our Core Values
Grounded in our Core Values: Devotion, Obedience, Service, Faithfulness, and Fruitfulness, we seek to glorify God by catalyzing transformational development to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
DEVOTION – A wholehearted love for God expressed through worship, fellowship, and a life centered on Him. It is giving God first place in heart, mind, and actions, committing ourselves to God’s purpose and calling, shown through love, dedication, and intentional living that glorifies Him.
OBEDIENCE – Walking in truth and faithfully following God’s Word and biblical principles out of love, trust, and gratitude. It reflects complete surrender and yielding to His will above our own, and a willingness to follow guiding principles and authority with humility and dignity.
SERVICE – Self-emptying and humbly serving others, going beyond self-interest and acting in the best interests of others, as an expression of serving God. It involves love in action, seeing needs and meeting needs without seeking recognition, and contributing positively to the community.
FAITHFULNESS – Remaining steadfast and loyal to God in all circumstances, and being trustworthy and faithful stewards of everything God has entrusted to us. It is consistency in trust, character, and commitment over time, especially in beliefs, relationships, and responsibilities.
FRUITFULNESS – Living a Spirit-filled life that produces holistic transformation, practical Christian walk, healthy relationships, and Christlike character. It is evident in actions, behaviors, and attitudes that reflect the nature and character of God, multiply healthy disciples, churches, and leaders, and make a meaningful impact.

Our Theme Verse
Jesus said, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35, ESV)
The DNA of Agape Leadership
A true Christian life is all about a Christ-centered relationship that reflects the nature and character of God. One must have a personal relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ, become a fully devoted follower and imitator of Jesus Christ, and completely surrender and yield one’s whole life to God.
A true disciple is someone who loves God, loves others, and makes disciples. We are compelled by God’s love and driven by God’s purpose to live out the Great Commandment and fulfill the Great Commission in everyday life through devotion, obedience, service, faithfulness, and fruitfulness.
Agape Leaders live by faith, walk in truth, lead with purpose, act with integrity, and serve in love. These character traits are the DNA of Agape Leadership.

Our passion is to glorify God by establishing flourishing communities of fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ through multiplying healthy disciples, churches, and leaders in every community in Myanmar.
We envision a movement of disciples who make disciples, churches that multiply churches, and leaders who develop leaders to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Agpae Vision 2033 is a Church Planting Initiative that aims to establish 300 healthy churches among unreached people in Myanmar by the end of 2033.
