Who We Are

Agape Family Services is a family empowerment enterprise that provides family healthcare, marital wellbeing, and family support services.

Agape Family Services exists to bring hope, healing, and transformation to individuals, couples, and families in Myanmar.

We passionately seek to glorify God by helping people live a good quality of life, build and maintain healthy relationships, transform their lives and families, and create flourishing communities in Myanmar.

Who We Serve

Individuals. Couples. Families.

Agape Family Services was initially established in September 2011 as a family ministry initiative serving vulnerable individuals and families in Yangon. It later expanded to provide family healthcare services in response to the real health needs of those communities. Over time, it has grown into a meaningful response to marriage and family challenges, creating opportunities to make a transformative impact through a holistic and equitable approach ot transformational development.

With 15 years of experience in family ministry, we have trained leaders and couples in family leadership, supported individuals and families through family healthcare, and worked with couples to strengthen marital wellbeing in Myanmar.

Our Services

Family Healthcare

We are a private family and professional practice that provides family healthcare services, nurturing holistic health and wellbeing for families.

We focus on serving individuals and families through providing good quality and free or low-cost healthcare, compassionate nursing care, midwifery care, mental health support, and comprehensive family care.

Marital Wellbeing

Officially launched in January 2024, we provide faith-based marriage and marital wellbeing services that foster intimacy, trust, and holistic health in relationships.

We focus on premarital counseling, couples retreats, communication workshops, conflict resolution, and biblical counseling for couples who face challenges such as infidelity, abuse, and trauma to restore broken relationships and build and maintain healthy relationships.

Family Support

Initially started in September 2011 as a family ministry initiative serving vulnerable families in Yangon, we provide tailored assistance to strengthen families by providing comprehensive support services that foster healthy relationships, promote holistic family wellbeing, and empower parents to create safe, stable, nurturing environments for children.

We focus on parenting support and education, life skills development, holistic children development, financial literacy programs for families, and advocacy for families and children with spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs.

Seminars and Workshops

Family Leadership Seminar

Participants will examine God’s plan for the leaders and their families. The lesson will help leaders recognize the value of their family relationships and invest in them as the foundation of successful leadership. Godly leadership at home is a requirement for leadership in the church. (1 Tim. 3:4-5)

God’s call to family leadership always comes before His call to ministry leadership. In this Family Leadership Seminar, you will learn how to manage priorities between your relationships with God, family, and ministry. You will learn the biblical and practical priority of a family and be able to develop an Action Plan to strengthen your family relationships.

Your family leadership has a great impact on your ministry leadership. Because the way you lead your family will often be the way that you lead people. Understanding God’s plan for you and your family will help you prioritize your family as a leader.
