Vision Statement: Following my passion and purpose in life internationally, I envisioned agape love movement that brings redemptive love, transforming grace, living hope, and abundant life to people groups. I enjoy seeing when someone gets saved, lives a transformed life, finds their life’s purpose, grows as a leader, and leads a fulfilling life.

Mission Statement: Compelled by Christ’s love, I am driven by my mission to help people from all walks of life find their life purpose, inspire and empower people to do greater works, create a culture of authentic leadership, develop a new generation of transformational leaders, and help leaders pursue their unique calling and vision and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.

My Background: I was born and raised in a Christian family, spent my childhood in remote villages within Falam Township, Chin State in western Myanmar. My parents are retired self-employed businessman and retired primary school headmistress. I have seven siblings, three brothers and four sisters, and I’m the second eldest son. I studied my high school in Chin State, and also learned to grow a wide variety of crops and diversified vegetable farm of hill farming in Chin State.

How I Became a Born-Again Believer: Growing up in a Christian family, I was taught the Bible and have attended Children’s Sunday school and a church, but had never felt that I have real joy and peace in my life until I have a personal relationship with God when I was 14. I had the opportunity to hear the authentic gospel and came to know Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and Lord and to follow Him. Since then, my life was changed and I began to experience real joy and peace in my life.

As I began to grow in grace and in the knowledge of God’s Word, I come to understand God’s love and find meaning and purpose for my life, and God gives me a desire to serve Him and in bringing His redemptive love, transforming grace, living hope, and abundant life to people groups. In the year 2000, I moved into Yangon to pursue theological education when I was 16.

God’s Call to the Ministry: I began to serve in Children’s ministry as a young Sunday school teacher in my teenager. It was since 1998 I had a desire to serve in ministry, and in 2002 I realized God’s call to the ministry, and in 2007 I discovered my God-sized dreams and vision, then in 2009 I came in full realization of my unique God-given calling and the specific purpose God has for my life.

But my life was not perfect. There was a time when I turned away from God. So, I dropped out of theological seminary in my MDiv second year in 2006 and started my career in recruitment and foreign employment services from a humble beginning in March 2007. It was operated for 2 years and closed in June 2009. During that time, I was stubborn, rebellious, and resistant to God’s call, and lived a miserable life. But God is always faithful, gracious, merciful, and His love never fails me. With a broken heart and contrite spirit, having a changed heart and mind, and living a transformed life, I rededicated my life to God on June 28, 2009, to respond to His call and fulfill the specific purpose God has for my life.

My Family: My wife Alice and I have been married since 2009 and God has blessed us with two fine and fabulous sons, Joshua Mang and Joseph Mang, and a beautiful daughter, Janice Mang. I am convinced that God established a fine family that He uses our trials to mold and shapes us for His own purpose, and He makes us into what He intended for our marriage and family. I am always thankful for my family. We live in Yangon, Myanmar.

My Career and Calling: I began my professional career from a humble beginning in March 2007. As a bi-vocational minister, missional entrepreneur, I am also called to marketplace leadership through my profession of entrepreneurship ecosystem development and micro and small business development. As a natural-born entrepreneur, I am a self-starter who works on my own initiative and through a right discern of God’s leadership. I worked my way up from a waiter to the business owner, from entrepreneur to ecosystem builder, and from business leader to executive coach.

And I founded Agape Entrepreneurship Association, a growing transformational entrepreneurship movement dedicated to creating wealth and alleviating poverty through building a thriving entrepreneurship ecosystem that drives micro, small and medium enterprises development in Myanmar.

As a Life Coach, my mission is to help people from all walks of life find their life’s true purpose, pursue their unique God-given vision and calling, live their life with purpose and mission, and lead their life, family, ministry, and business for the glory of God. And as a Shepherd, my utmost responsibility is to lead, feed, nurture, comfort, discipline, protect and care for the people of God or members of the body of Jesus Christ, which represents in the members of the local church and most of all to equip God’s people for the Lord’s work.

Pursuing my calling, I began to serve as church planter in Yangon, in September 2011, and started a church in September 2012. Since then, I have the privilege of serving as founding pastor of Agape Church Yangon, an independent and autonomous local community of born-again believers, functioning through small groups and house churches in Yangon, Myanmar.

My Unique God-given Vision: In earlier 2007, God has implanted in me the vision for LOVE NEVER FAILS™, a God-given vision to initiate agape love movement that will bring redemptive love, transforming grace, living hope, and abundant life to people groups.
